AnyTitle channel

Running AnyTitle Deleter Mod v3. Seeing if maybe theres something in there preventing preloader from making my Wii region free. I see I have two 'Region Select Hidden Channels' (HALJ and HALE) and two 'EULA Hidden Channels' (HAKJ and HAKE)
What exactly are these and where do they come from?

The ones that end with a J are from the Japanese system menu and the ones with E's are European ones
