AnyRegion Changer Help

I just wanted to ask about this because I have heard if used improperly can brick your wii. I already have used it to get firmware 3.2U and all that fun stuff but I want to play japanese games and possibly japanese channels. I know to only change the GAME and IPL.SADR but my question is if I am only changing these 2 parts is there anything I should also be doing as not to brick my wii? any help or a simple no would be greatly appreciated.

no, to play games from another region you do NOT use Any Region Changer.

use either gecko os to play them, or starfall.

Use Gecko, Not AnyRegion Changer. Starfall is still iffy but Gecko OS is almost 100% brick Proof. Its not Failsafe, but its better than Anyregion Changer or starfall.
