Anyone knows how to run mission packs on latest QuakeGX by Piko?

Does anyone know how to run the mission packs on Piko's last few updates of QuakeGX (0.6 through 0.8).
In previous versions, you could select the mission packs from the command prompt that appeared before launching the game.
