FCE Ultra 3.1.3 wont work with Controller

Hi everybody!
I bought one of these controllers, thinking it would work with FCE Ultra

At first I was going to buy one of those you connect using a cable, but then I saw this and bought it instead. The problem is that it just doesn't work... I tried some original Wii games and the controller itself is working perfectly, but as soon as I enter the emulator It wont do anything, I even tied configuring the keys, but the emulator doesn't even detect the keys pressed with the controller...
Any pointers on how to get it to work?

Is it a third part controller? Can you play FCEU with the wiimote it is connected to?

Yes and yes.

Most third party controllers does unfortunately not work, so there's really not anything you can do about it but modifying libogc properly and to do that you need reverse engineering skills.
