Hi to all...I'm new in the homebrew scene and that' what I did;
(I have wii PAL with wiikey)
-Installed Twilight hack
-Installed HBC
Edited Out-Insert in sd the Preloader 0.29 (with the hacks.ini in the SD root)
-Then I start preloader from HBC
The preloader start with a "read this carefully" and explain that I have to take my risk by installing that software...If I want to abort I have to power off my wii..
That's all I see on my TV...
It donesn't say any button, anything eccept that "read carefully"...
so...
I press 1 button... (twice I don't know but when I press first time nothing happened), then I see a black screen on TV...
And I see the HBC again...

I don't know what to do....I think preloader is really important....
