Problem with SNES9xGX 4.01

Hey. When I loaded up SNES9xGX it said an update was available, and so I did it, but now something seems broken. Whenever I set the Rendering to "Original" in the video settings, the screen gets really squished and letterboxed. This problem isn't happening for me on 4.00. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Also, just a quick side-note, but I am having the same problem with the NES emulator as well.
