Snes9x GX on DVD

I'm having problems with the SNES emulator (Snes9x GX) and I don't know what the problem is. I have an idea but i'm not sure. I've got 153 roms which takes up 134MB but I deleted a lot more which was 1GB. When it took up 1GB I ran Snes9x GX on a DVD+RW and it said error occured (dumped) not in them exact words of course but similar. I deleted some games which then the roms folder took up 300 odd MB and the error came up again. Now I've just deleted soem more roms now it takes up 134MB but I haven't tested it because I don't want to burn it take it out say theres an error and jump back to square one just for someone to tell me a simple solution, Please help!

Additional info:
The DVD+RW has 4.7GB.
I have other programmes which are, Adventure, DragonMedia Player, Duckhunt, Genesis Plus, Jump 'n' Bump, Kidspaint, Madbomber, OpenTyrian, Shiny Red Tank, SMS Plus, Snake, Snes9x GX, Space Invaders, VBAGX, WiiDoom, WiiPhysics, Wii-Tac-Toe, WiiWhiteboard and Wolfenstein.
The memory all together is 1.2GB (including the ROM's).
