VBAGX-Any way to speed up pokemon firered

it often jumps between normal framerate and then it will become really choppy. Ive uncompressed the ZIP file. I think that helped a little. Is there anyway to make it run as if it were on an actual GBA (normal framerate)

put bios.gba in the bios directory

Why not just play the game on a GBA?

That's just your imagination, VBA GX doesn't use BIOS files.
