every time i want to start Pokemon Emerald or Pokemon Firered...it took a long time...and then theres a white screen and no more?!
The same was with VBA 1.72
Is there the possibility to start it with VBA GX or is it still in work....cause @VBA 4 Pc it works after several settings

Same problem here. Should not have been released yet. GB games also have horrible sound issues.

Its just that Pokemon games are too much for VBA to handle.

I use no$gba for Pokemon games.

I guess castlevania is also too much for it to handle.

VBA has problems with larger games. Guess there is a file size limitation.

What it exactly is is something I don't feel like investigating.

Just tried out 1.0.1... Controls are totally ruined. Worked perfectly for 1.0.0 but now they're broken completely. Other than that everything appears to work fine. Can't really tell though with the bad controls.

Nevermind, found a workaround in the discussion on wiibrew. Everythings perfect now :)

u have to delete VBAGX.xml from root/vbagx/saves !
then L and R..and also A and B-Buttons work perfect!

Thats what I did. Minor slowdown in boss battles in Castlevania Aria of Sorrow. Everything else is great!

Pokemon Shiny Gold works fine.

actually it works fine, i play ruby, emerald, fire red on my vba1.8 beta 0.3
u just need to fix some settings on ur gba to get it to work, look on google.
also it works for the wii gba
