Cant read text in preloader installer

I tried to install preloader just a minute ago but i cant read the first (maybe more) line of text and so i have very little idea on what to do. I know pressign '1' makes it do something but i just cant tell. Is there a youtube vid or screenshots showing what actually happens because i cant tell.

Also, when i turn the Wii on and hold the reset button (i press both and let go of the power button) it goes to the menu anyway so it isnt installing

You need to press B +1 at the same time. Then follow the instructions.

is everything i need to do is press b and 1 because i cant read most of the text so most instructions will be invisible
