Snes9x Incompatable with Keitai Denjuu Telefang 2

I understand that the emulator won't necessarily run all games, but testing with Keitai Denjuu Telefang 2, it isn't running. There's 2 versions, speed and power. This is a rare game, the company was shut down when chinese bootleggers made pirated pokemon games out of them, so they never released an english version of their games.

If it's possible, please make this game run, it's giving me a white screen when I try to play it..

Does it work with Snes9x 1.51 for PC? If not, then you'll have to ask the official developers. If it does, then raise an issue on the googlecode page for Snes9x GX - there's a link on the Snes9x GX wiki page.
