Where do i put the games. i thought bios were games, what format do the games have to be in the games file and where do i download memory cards?

Don't waste your time. Use WiiSX instead. Unlike PCSX Revolution which is less then one third full speed, WiiSX is full speed.

Also, if you're in a rush, you should be on the IRC; Not the forums.

Yeah well i just downloaded WiiSX and it just dumped on me when i tried to load Die_Hard_Trilogy_(NTSC-U)_[SLUS-00119].iso. If you know a good website to download playstation roms could you let me know thanks

Are you sure you have a good BIOS? Perhaps try a different game?
