Error accessing HBB

Hi!
I cannot access Homebrew channel any longer on my wii for some reason.
I have tried to re-install it but it puts me back to same error while trying to access HBB after re-installing.
I have also tried to reset my wii back to manufactor settings and tried to re-install HBB and DvDx but it still got me to the same error while loading HBB.
The error that I get can be viewed on this picture I am uploading in the following link:

sorry for the bad quality but it's taken directly from my cellphone on the TV screen.
The version I'm using on my wii is 4.2E, I havent updated at all since I bought the wii.
Any help with this matter would be much appriciated...
