Wii Double Down v2.0... (finally!)

For those that have been following it / helping me... it's done! (for now)

This has been about 12 months in the making (what? i've been busy)

Had to delay it a bit so I could finish up fixing libmii and add Mii support... that's right... use your favorite Miis in this little blackjack game/simulator with a ton of new features.
