SNES, Fceu and VBA GX cant see HDD after USB2.0 is installed

I was Wondering if there is a way to have usb2.0 and still have the emulators see the HDD, cause after a little bit of researching, i believe that the USB2.0 Support is the reason why the Emu's wont see the hdd.

Yes, plug the hard drive into the outer USB port and it should work fine. Only one port is activated.

kk, i tried it, but i think i may know whats wrong, i have it partitioned into 2 drives a WBFS and a ntfs, and i dont think it likes that

The emulators use FAT partitions and only use the active one if you have more than one.

We don't support backups here BTW. Refrain from mentioning them please.
