Gecko 1.9.3.1 Wii Channel Loader?

I can't seem to find the channel loader (so I can play wiiware with cheat codes) in Gecko OS V1.9.3.1 Can anyone help?

I believe you need an IOS with trucha bug and ES_DiVerify installed in IOS249 slot. You can use Trucha Bug Restorer to install this.

This is the same version that I use and I have removed the no copy flags but still am unable to copy my data to an unmodded wii. I also use gecko for brawl coding.
