Help on using WiiSCU for wii update 4.3

Can anyone help me on how to use WiiSCU please, I am on the menu which tells you what you want to update and I don't have a clue to do in order to update my Wii to 4.3 without updating via Nintendo. I am on the menu at this very second and I would appreciate it if someone replied A.S.A.P. Thanks to everyone who replies. :)

In short: Don't update to 4.3 regardless of whether you're doing it through Nintendo or not.

WiiSCU can't update you to 4.3 anyway, it'll just update some IOS and a few channels e.g. Shop Channel, so you can use them on lower System Menus.
