WIISCU Shop update?

I downloaded WIISCU for the purpose of visiting the latest Shop Channel. Unaware of what version shop channel I was supposed to use, I just went to the highest one (v25). Now, it's been saying "Downloading title netadata.." for about half an hour now. Here's what I want to know:

Can I just update to 4.3 via NUS after I download the latest version of homebrew? It seems like this is what people are saying but I'm not quite sure.


EDIT: Restarted my wii, and tried v19. Got a tiny but farther, where it "downloaded ticket", but then nothing after that.

v25 doesn't exist yet. v19 is the latest. v20-25 are there for future-proofing, so the app wont need to be updated EVERY time there is a Shop Channel update.

If WiiSCU isn't working, try dop-Mii.
