Preloader PLEASE HELP

I got preloader installed and i restarted my wii and clicked system menu and it said the system menu files were corrupt!! So I went to settings on the preloader menu and accidently switched the boot to wii menu! (btw im running 4.2u) Now i cant get back into the preloader menu (but now i can get on the wii system menu) and I tried reinstalling it and it did not work PLEASE HELP!

Hold reset while turning on Wii. And don't install stuff you don't know how to use in future.
