The website might be down which is why you can't get the list. You will have to wait until it comes back up or download stuff directly from wiibrew.org
It hink I found out what was wrong, it had to do it with my sd card read because when I use mytsd card on another reader it worked. I think I might need another reader for my micro sd card.
