Snes9x Wii, Magna Braban, Blue/Black Scan Lines?

I'm using Snes9x on Wii v 4.3.2 and am experiencing blue or black lines occasionally in game. Only in some towns and cutscenes but not on the world map and some castle towns on Magna Braban. Any suggestions or help will be very appreciated. Thanks
