Gecko OS as a channel ?

I play my EU disks on my JAP wii with Gecko OS, and was just wondering if you could install Gecko OS as a channel so i dont have to keep loading Homebrew Channel up everytime i want to play a game.
Any help would be great thanks.

When you run Gecko OS press B to reboot with hooks. Then you can play your games from the disc channel.

As for the question... There are ways to make channels out of homebrew apps, all of the public methods for this tend to use illegal methods (or be illegal to distribute) however. Installing Starfall is an option if you have an older System Menu version that would automatically allow you to run out-of-region discs from the disc channel right from booting your Wii.

Not exactly. The hooks stay attached until the wii is unplugged. So, unless you regularly unplug your wii, it is faster in the long run since you only have to do it once. However, please realize I was simply showing him what I believed to be a better alternative to making a channel.

i tryed rebooting gecko os with hooks, and its great thanks. but after i put my wii in standby mode and load it up again ive to start the homebrew channel and start gecko os again.
