elf to dol converter not working

I copied that batch and the app to my apps folder, i ran the batch which is supposed to convert everything but it looked like nothing happened. Sure enough everything was still in elf even after i did EXACTLY what the video i saw on youtube showed. Any ideas on where i went wrong?

make sure all of your .elfs are in their own respective folder in the apps folder

There are two executables. If you put the .ELFto.DOLconverter.exe and the other .exe file into the folder you want to convert then double click then .ELFto.DOLconverter.exe and press any key on the keyboard and when it says "done!" click X and the file will be converted.

i keep getting a error code that say can't find boot.dol(elf) code and i have the boot.dol will this changer thinger help fix my prob?

try a different SD card
