Starfall Won't Work!!!!!

I'm trying to use Starfall on 3.2U, but I keep getting this:
"Failed!
exiting..."
and then it goes back to the HBC....um....help?

EDIT: This could be the reason...I installed IOS38 (not an update, just the IOS) so I could play games that require the update like AC: CF, should I try a custom IOS?

EDIT2: No matter what, custom IOS won't install ("ret = -2011)

do you have preloader installed?

What preloader? Never heard of it...

Did you downgrade before trying to do this?

yeah, I was originally at 3.4, so I used the custom IOS Downgrader 1.1 (i installed IOS37 rev 3 i think it was, it seemed to not work but the downgrading worked anyway)

EDIT: The first time I used starfall a long time ago, I downgraded and it worked...

Theres a certain IOS (not sure which one) 3.4 puts on your Wii that prevents gecko os reboot with hooks or starfall from working. Unfortunately, downgrading does not remove that IOS.

How the hell would that guide help you? All it said was downgrade and run starfall (among other things such as install this illegal IOS first... to run backups do this... to install VC/Wiiware WADs do this...).

EDIT: Instead of posting links that clearly breach the forum rules, how about just telling us what you did to fix the problem.
