Bad sectors?

I have 1TB disk with some bad sectors. I have used chkdsk /r /f and it found me about 500kB bad sectors and marked them like bad.
I have there about 24GB free space. All apps are on disk I am not using SD card. It all worked till now

When I downloading from internet to disk wii freezes. For example when using homebrew browser for installing programs or when downloading something by another wii homebrew programs.

I reinstalled last IOS58...
Could it be by wii cannot work with FAT table and bad sectors?

When bad sectors start showing up in chkdsk, it's time to get a new HDD. There are always a bunch of spare sectors set aside for bad block remapping, normally you won't know about any bad blocks until those run out (unless you query the SMART statistics) so the fact that you're seeing them means the drive is in serious trouble and will likely get worse.

new disk?

when i copy under windows to this disk is everything without problem only wii has problem with it
