Save files with Homebrew?

Save files with Homebrew?

Well, I was going to get TP and Homebrew, and my system version was 3.4E. Some people told me that formatting the system memory will also format the updates. I copyed all what I could copy to my SD-card. It didn't let me do it with Brawl, and I thought: "Nah, It's just Brawl, I can play this later". I formatted it and... Well... Brawl save file is gone and my version is still 3.4E.

When I'm getting my HBC, I'll try to get 100% save file into my Wii, is this possible?

Thanks.

Formatting the system menu doesn't remove updates... (Who told you that?)
Are you talking about a Brawl save that's 100% complete? cause you can get that without hacking the system yourself.

Orly? And yes, I meant 100% complete save. All my beautiful hard-worked trophies are now gone ;(
But without hacking? Tell me.
EDIT: Oh yes, I didn't see that link. Good job and thank you. *respect*
EDIT2: Lawl, I'm pretty new for this kind of stuff, so... What files I must put on the SD-card? I downloaded (98%) SSBB what is in front page. There are some files:

Folders:
Private
--->Wii
--->Title
--->RSBP
Inside there is some kind of DATA.BIN.BIN

What should I do with it? Extract package to my SD or whaaa?

Copy the folder to your SD card
SD:\ -> private -> wii -> title -> RSBP -> data.bin

Then copy the save over to the Wii with the wii's data management.
