USB Flash Drive?

Will it ever be possible to load .dol/.elf''s or other data from a USB flash drive in one of the Wii's USB Ports?

we already have emulators that load ROMs from the USB drive. It is definitely possible. Perhaps the next version of the homebrew channel will have that feature. Then I could record a vid of me using the homebrew channel(my camera needs that SD card, after all).

I think the main priority right now is getting 2.0 (if its possible)

it's actually very unlikely that the Wii has USB2 support and it's definitely now the "main priority" of anyone i know...

Aren't all modern USB drives USB 2.0?

Any USB flash drive or PC you buy now is going to be 2.0, but that doesn't mean everything has to support it.

USB 2.0 devices are usually backwards compatible with USB 1.1.

dang! Maybe you could temporarily copy the .dol to the SD card and then load from the SD card, and when you return to the loader it deletes it!
