Help with an old Wii IOS

Finally got around to looking at Homebrew but my Wii has a slight problem.. it's at ISO15 1.1 I've tried a bunch of things to upgrade but most crash or just keep trying and trying. I've tried patchmii, Tona shop and Muzer's but they as I said have problems. Anyone have a great idea?

Hmm, this is a problem for old wiis because you cant selectivly update....

Someone should change the name of the thread to IOS though, it might cause problems?

Try updating your Wii... BUT NOT WITH INTERNET UPDATE. Pickup a game disc from last year, like Super Mario Galaxy, or Mario Kart, and run the update from it.

I get questions like this all the time on a different forum... isn't there, or cant there be an HB app that updates your Wii to any version you like? We can downgrade! you'd think updating would be no problem....
