What I would like to know are there different region variations of this code because mindscarp, the video creator, is from Europe and I'm from North America. Are their speed-o-meter hacks for the Japanese, North American, and European versions of Mario Kart Wii?

Nice but "Speedometer online"? Shouldn't it work in all racing parts of the game or is this title just misleading?

i think it works everywhere. didnt notice that. just copied this code from the information of a youtube video from the maker of the hack, i think it also said in the information that it worked everywhere.
