Linux Live DVD?

If I Were To Compress The Whiite Distro As An ISO Then Burn It, Could I Launch It Using A Homebrew DVD Launcher?

Yeah, I think so.

I don't think so. The closest you could get would be BootIt (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Bootit), which can boot from SD or USB without the need for partitioning, kinda like a Live CD/DVD only not from a disc, and you can make changes to the "disc" during the session.
