I see video from bunshie when he enter homebrew channel and be newer version then update if this is true why no update to beta 8,9 or 7 ?

You're WAYYYYY out of date

The Homebrew Channel is up to version 1.0.6

Download the Hackmii installer from bootmii.org and install the latest version, as well as Bootmii and the new DVDx, I would also recommend updating to 4.2 (just to be up to date and to have the SD card menu)
