ok, i down both of the emulators wii64 n the gba one.......n im always haveing a error saying error opening dictionary in both of them idk wat 2 do

You need to make sure that you have your legal roms on whatever storage device you use. i.e. SD card, USB Device, DVD, ect. After that you should be good to go. I know that I have this issue whenever I forget to put my USB Drive in that use my roms on them.

Long story short, just select the correct folder that your games are in.
