ATD Question

I have been messing around with my Wii and I've been noticing that when I Delete everything I can, I still end up with only 2161 Blocks, But when I Format my Wii I notice all 2164 Blocks. Could anyone tell me why this is?

Save data perhaps? Does it really matter for 3 blocks?

As you may have noticed, when you format your Wii, all your configurations are reset to default.

Those 3 blocks are used to store your Wii's configuration, that is why you can't delete them.
