help with starfall

hi iam new here and to the whole wii mod sceen. i just installed the homebrew channel with the stock apps everything works well but the gecko region free app(i even change the file from elf to dol but still dont work). but anyway i then downgraded from 3.3u to 3.2u and when i try to install starfall i get the warning screen,and i try to push in B+2 and i get nothing it will not continue. i can press the home button and it takes me back to the wii home brew channel. thank you

Just try pressing B+1 or B+2 over and over...
