Can you bypass disk updates automaticly (not go into homebrew and run an app everytime) by downloading an app off hombrew browser (I can't use the computer ever since something happened...) and if so what?

This requires a system menu patch, which must be done with Starfall, Startpatch, or Priiloader. As these make permanent modifications to the wii's flash memory (NAND), they are not on the Homebrew Browser.
