BootMii and Priiloader on a LU64+ Wii

Hello. My friend wants her Wii to be hacked, but it's a LU64+ (LU95 to be exact). Now, I am very aware that these can still be hacked, but my question is, will Priiloader install without bricking the Wii? She is on 4.3U. Also, I assume that BootMii as a Boot2 will fail to install? (And in case this helps, she didn't update. She got the Red Special Edition Wii.)

Installing Priiloader will not brick her wii. The only difference between LU64+ wii's is that they cannot install bootmii as boot2, and some newer ones cannot play DVD's.

PROBABLY. There is always some risk, if the power cuts out, it will brick.

The power will likely not go out. At least she has Priiloader in case something goes wrong in that case.
EDIT: I also assume Priiloader hacks will work correctly?
