Help with installing HBC by DVD

Hi guys....

My "chipped" Wii is at 3.1u. I downloaded and burned the HBC installer for US of course and it booted fine, but gives message that my console is not at OS021 and can't install. What should I do....? TIA....

update to 3.2 with a game disc if you can

OK...do you know which games disk that would be...? I hate to put in a new one and have problems.... Thanks....
