DOL to ELF conversion?

I know you can easily convert ELF files to DOL files, but is it possible to convert DOL to ELF? I know I could just rename the extension, but I want to know if there is a way I know I can trust. If I can't, no big deal. I'm just curious.

I want to make a forwarder channel, but CustomizeMii only takes ELF files for forwarders, and I could use a DOL to ELF converter in case I come across a DOL I want for forwarding. The only problem is that I can't seem to find such a converter, I can only find ELF to DOL.

UPDATE: Never mind, I realize CustomizeMii can make DOL forwarders now.
