bootmii doesn't seem to wok

i have downloaded hackmii and seem to have all things working except I can't get bootmii to boot the thing

BootMii doesn't boot [the] HackMii [Installer]. You need to run an exploit such as Letterbomb and use it to load the HackMii Installer. Use the HackMii Installer to install the Homebrew Channel and/or BootMii. Use the Homebrew Channel to load homebrew applications.
