Transferring to Wii U

I want to transfer my stuff especially my Miis to Wii U but I don't want to transfer my Homebrew (I don't want to void my warranty) so how do I that with Wii U transfer?

Homebrew does not get transferred.

It is as simple as re modding your vWii mode. If your Homebrew is on a sd card, it'll play after you are done. Usb also, Except that you must NEVER leave the usb plugged in to the wiiiu when you are ready to shut down or go to Wii U mode. The Wii u currently will format all usb plugged in when the system starts.

I just want my Miis and my saves transferred, I rather want my Homebrew to stay where it is.
