How to update Wii menu from 3.1 to 3.2

Does anyone know a quick way of uodating wii menus from 3.1 to 3.2 as i have heard this is the best menu to have on your wii to run Homebrew and apps etc.

The only way i know is to let nintendo update my menu to 3.4 then i use gbatemps tutorial on downgrading which takes about 50 mins in total, hopefully there is a quicker way..

Get a game that has the update. I believe Super Smash Bros. Brawl has it.

EDIT: I just tested it with a Wii that had 3.0 on it. Brawl does indeed update to 3.2U. I think the European version is different though.
