Wiiconnect24?

Okay so I've read different things about having it on. Basically I turned mine off, but I really like having the forecast channel etc on. I'm using 3.3E by the way. Is it safe for me to turn in back on now? It comes up saying I have to read the rules etc and I noticed something saying about non-nintendo programmes etc blah-blah (I can't really remember what it said). If I agree to this, will my FW be updated 3.4?

Its really up to you. Leave it off if you're afraid of Nintendo. Leave it on if you think Nintendo is all bark and no bite.

And BTW, agreeing will not update you to 3.4

3.3 attempted to fix unauthorized thngs but failed only 3.4 claims to automatically update which leople have said could be a bluff and thwy wouldnt really do it

On any firmware you still have to agree to the new EULA for WC24...
