3.4U install exit freeze

I successfully install the Zelda Hack and go to exit the install and as soon as I hit the word exit it freezes and I have to unplug the wii to reboot. Is there a way around this? Is 3.4 the same as 3.4U? Help!

if it already installed the homebrew channel then why do you want to fix this.

Because upon freezing I have to unplug the wii and it dosen't save the homebrew channel.I have to start over.

It said in the instructions that on v 3.4 you have to play the Zelda game upon exiting without turning off the wii. I can't get to that point.

So... Is the homebrew channel installed when you turn your Wii back on?
