Newbee ? Twilight Hack and Homebrew help on system 3.4

From my understanding the twilight hack can work on system 3.4 but I also need homebrew??? Which one do I install first? Is there instuctions for intalling this or is it that same as the other system?

the Twilight hack isn't installed at all...it is a hacked game save file which allows for running .dol or .elf files on the wii. The most common .dol file ran the first time is the Homebrew channel installer which creates that magic little custom channel. The purpose for that is so that you can run .elf and .dol programs without going through all of the twilight hack for each one...
