homebrew installing problem

when i tried installing the homebrew channel, it was installing but just stopped cuz it said boot.elf was not found. do i have to format my sd card to FAT32 to make it work and can someone give me a link to download it if i have to?

Your SD Card must be formatted to FAT16 or FAT32. You must have boot.dol (or boot.elf for other applications) in the root of your sd card. Download this and extract boot.dol to your sd card using 7-zip or another archive manager such as WinRAR.

Either 1) You didnt fully extract the HBC or 2) You dont have the boot.dol in the root of your card
