I've been trying to install usb2 b3 (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CIOS_usb2) so I can use my external harddrive with mplayer_ce. Wifi isn't an option for me so I was looking for a way to offline install. In the discussion page of usb2 someone mentions that I can download the NUS ios and put them in /00000001/0000001f/ on my sd card. I followed those instructions and the install still gives error 116 for me not having wifi connected. How can I offline install USB2 b3?
