Hacking the 3.4 firmware

Hi I am new here and I have tried everything to hack the 3.4 firmware and well I am not getting any results at all. I am using a an 1gb memory card formatted FAT using windows XP, Everything seems to work just fine to point where it wants to install the hombrew channel but then it gets hung with this message and says, ES_Addticket Failed: -2011 I have tried it several different ways and any help you can think off will be much obliged thanks for you time.

What exactly are you trying to install on the Wii? And by what method?
