If I backup all my saves from a 4.0 Wii, then reformat the Wii, will that reformat it back to 3.2 (which was what it came with) then move the saves back to the wii will this work?
No that wont work. many have already asked that question. bottom line no. also if you did do that you wouldnt be able to put your saves back on. (i dont think anyhow)
