custom chanel

is there a way to make custom chanels such as a chanel for the games that i got with the homebrew browser or for gecko so i dont have to wait on hbc to load then wait for gecko to load every time i want to load my codes

Just remember that channels take up space on your Wii - so dont go mad

If you like the busy look of lots of channels, you can make a 'forwarder' kind of like a shortcut displayed as a channel on the wii which points to a game / app on the SD card..................but...............whats up with HBC?

Umm it is illegal to distribute custom channels. You can make your own using wadder.

i dont understand why is it illegal

also my hbc is very slow to load for some reason and at the moment i am still changing codes alot so it will help me save alot of time to have geckoOS as a chanel

The first link linked to a place illegally distributing WADs containing copyrighted code in their banners. The second link linked to a place distributing an old version of WADDER that itself was illegally distributing copyrighted Nintendo files (common-key.bin for example).

anyway, distributing custom channels is illegal because they have a VERY small amount of banner code (by Nintendo) in them...

Well it's not just "common-key.bin", it's written out.

common-key shouldn't be illegal

Illegal if you dont own it actually. Like illegal to download if you dont own a Wii illegal. Also, theres other stuff too in the old WADDER that made it illegal.
