Alright, I downgraded from 4.0 Edited Out.
Now HBC wont install error installing ticket Error -1040002911

I am not using the twilight hack , I am using bannerbomb to load the dol. Is that a problem?

Why not use the tried and true method of the Twilight hack? Believe me, if I didn't update to 4.0 so quickly and found out about HBC sooner, I would use this method.

I did the twilight hack, Same error. Anyways I just got the Beta 8 WAD.

the WAD won't work..use the normal installation and see if it will run,

The wad was the thing that actually worked. After a bunch of IOS and CIOS Crap I got everything working again!
